The aim of our first annual conference is to discuss ideas around novel approaches to crossing biological membrane research, and to initiate new collaborations between industry and academia on this topic. The outcome is expected to lead to the development and potential funding of proof of concept projects from participants, as well as identification of other funding opportunities. The programme includes talks from key industry representatives and academics on the 'Grand Challenges in Crossing Biological Membranes', project generation and development sessions and plenty of opportunities for networking.
