This meeting is being supported by the ¾ÅÖÝÓ°Ôº and Procter and Gamble.
This symposium follows on from two highly successful events, which took place in Lagos, Nigeria in 2012 and 2013.
This exciting event will focus on exploring the opportunities for collaboration in the areas of Regulatory Harmonisation, Hygiene and Sustainability.
The key objectives of the meeting are to:
- Create networks and collaboration opportunities between experts in the field
- Share best practice and the latest research outcomes and challenges
The format of the symposium is a two day scientific symposium, including a specific session for presentations from students from Kenyan Universities. The meeting will involve a selection of international P&G staff from across relevant themes, and international speakers showcasing their research and innovations.
There will also be a discussion workshop on each of the 3 themes, to identify key areas of interest and explore collaboration opportunities.
Researchers, policy makers, those from the private sector and other interested parties are welcome to attend and to contribute to the discussion.
