Biological and climatic impacts of ocean trace element chemistry

7 - 8 December 2015, London, United Kingdom

Introduction
Trace metals are critical for life, are toxic pollutants, and are tracers of process and rate in the past and present ocean. Significant recent measurement campaigns have revolutionised understanding of the oceanic cycling of trace elements. This meeting will discuss these advances, and their implications for a broad range of ocean, climate, and carbon cycle research.

This event is intended for researchers in relevant fields and is free to attend. There are a limited number of places and registration is essential. An optional lunch is offered and should be booked during registration.

This meeting is immediately followed by a related, two-day satellite meeting at the Royal Society at Chicheley Hall, home of the Kavli Royal Society Centre. Details of the satellite meeting will be available shortly.
