• Emma Sealey Emma is Director of Learning for Science at Wildern School. She previously taught at The Hurst Community College in Tadley, leaving to join Wildern as the Second in Science before being promoted to team leader. Emma is involved in LifeLab, a project which has been developed since 2008 by The Wellcome Trust, The Medical Research Council, researchers in the Southampton Education School, the Faculty of Medicine, and the Science Learning Centre. Her CPD session for LifeLab University Researchers on classroom management is on YouTube. She also has links with the Outreach team at the University of Southampton helping to deliver sessions on language, pupil engagement and behaviour as well as supporting the Communication Course provided by the Science Learning Centre South East for individuals due to embark on their teacher training.

• Ed Walsh Ed is a Science Adviser with twenty years’ experience of teaching Science, including leading National Strategies project teams on Narrowing the Gap in Science and Curriculum Provision at KS4, and is a very well-respected author of a wider range of Science resources.
  
  He was seconded to the National Strategies for two years, as a Regional Adviser on the Science & Innovation Investment Framework supporting schools and LAs in several parts of England and then Senior Adviser for the South of England., United Kingdom
