Introduction
The experiments demonstrated in this lecture show why spinach couldn't help Popeye, sour milk makes better scones, we don't wash our mouths out with soap and water, you need to eat your greens and how to freeze a frog (no frogs harmed in this experiment).

The talk is designed to illustrate in a fun way, the importance of chemistry in understanding the way that the world works.
